John Murelle, a baritone with a passion for a broad spectrum of musical genres, has established himself as a versatile performer. He will be performing “I Got Rhythm,” a lively program of songs and stories highlighting the dynamic musical duo that created dozens of classic song hits throughout the 1920’s and 1930’s by George and Ira Gershwin. His repertoire also spans the classical song cycles of Beethoven, Fauré, Schubert, and Vaughan Williams, to the beloved tunes of Broadway and popular music. John’s acclaimed theme recitals, such as “The Way You Look Tonight” and “That’s Amoré”, showcase his ability to connect with audiences through a diverse array of styles.
