Join Susan Cowan of Crescent Moon and Wellness for a gentle, mindful yoga practice with an emphasis on the chakras. Each week class will explore a chakra through movement, breath, and intention. Experiencing all 6 weeks will give you a chance to connect to the 7 main chakras in yoga. While the benefits are cumulative, the classes are not so you are welcome to join one or all. We will gather in the rose garden, in the field, on the terrace, or in the pavilion depending on weather and availability. People of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to join. Please bring water, a yoga mat, something to place under your mat (like a picnic blanket for wet grass in garden/cushion on the terrace or pavilion), and a folded blanket (for sitting on or covering up). Class is held in all weathers -- rain or shine, hot or cool.
Please note, there are options to sign up for the full series or three weeks of your choice. Once our minimum has been met, class may open up for drop-ins.
Commitment options: Full series $100 Any 3 weeks $60 Drop-ins will be $25 and will open closer to the start date once we have met our minimum for holding the series.
