Candace Coakley is a writer, certified book coach, and mindfulness mentor specializing in memoir with over 25 years of writing experience. A graduate of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's Mindfulness Mentor Training, she holds certifications in Transcendental Meditation and MBSR, bringing trauma-sensitive mindfulness to her coaching practice.
