Tour The Fells Main House and get inspired! Professional interior designers, floral artists, decorators and talented volunteers have sprinkled their magic throughout to create this one-of-a-kind showhouse. Our Holiday Boutique features the finest regional artisans. On the weekends, stop by our Holiday Cafe for a light lunch of soup, salad, bread, and dessert. Purchase raffle tickets to win a hand-decorated holiday tree.

Tickets are $20 per person in advance through November 6 or $25 per person at the door ($8 for children at all times).

Get a sneak peek of our holiday showhouse! Enjoy festive cheer and sumptuous appetizers at our 1920s-themed Preview Party. Mingle with the designers and shop ahead of the crowds at the fabulous Holiday Boutique. Enjoy entertainment from Andrew Pinard of Absolutely Magic, Pianist Missy Owen, Singer Wally Borgen, and Dance Arts Academy performing the Charleston. You won’t want to miss this magical evening. Mark your calendars for this special event, as space is limited. Advanced registration is required.
Christmas at The Fells: Ladies Night | Wednesday, November 12, 6:00 - 8:00pm
SOLD OUT! Ladies, this is your night! Join us for an unforgettable pre-holiday season event! There is no better time to view the beautifully decorated historic Main House than in the evening. Enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, door prizes, and the best boutique shopping you can find anywhere. Mark your calendars for this special event, as tickets go on sale to the General Public on October 1, 2025 (September 29, 2025 for Fells Members), and space is limited. Christmas at The Fells: Breakfast with Santa | Saturday, November 15, 8:30am - 10:30am
SOLD OUT! This family-friendly event will spark your holiday spirit with a buffet breakfast with Santa. In addition to enjoying a delicious selection of pancakes, pastries, fruit, coffee, and hot cocoa, you can tour the beautifully decorated historic home, shop in the Holiday Boutique, and visit with Santa and his elves. Have your Christmas lists ready! SOLD OUT!
Christmas at The Fells: Pictures with Santa | Saturday, November 8, Sunday, November 9, and Sunday, November 16, 10:00am - 12:00pm
Plan your holiday photo with Santa! Visit Santa’s Workshop and see Santa himself! Our Fells Elf photographer will take your picture, and you will receive a minimum of three digital images after the close of Christmas at The Fells. Use those priceless photos for your holiday card, keepsake frames, and so much more. Appointments are limited and are every 15 minutes so that you have private time with Santa and there will be no waiting in line because you have pre-booked and paid for your appointment. What a fun opportunity for you and your kids or your grandchildren. Book your appointment in advance.

Raffle Tickets
Enter for your chance to win the stunning Balsam Hill Christmas tree displayed in the North Hall. This gorgeous holiday tree is pre-lit and fully decorated by our volunteer decorator, Lorraine Bolsinger. Raffle tickets can be purchased online or at the door and cost $5 each or five tickets for $20. The winning raffle ticket will be drawn on the last day of Christmas at The Fells - November 16th. The Holiday Raffle Tree is made possible by a generous donation from Connie McElwee.

Giving Tree
In partnership with the Newbury Town Office, this year The Fells will be displaying the Newbury Giving Tree at Christmas at The Fells.
The Giving Tree will be decorated with snowflakes - each one representing the wish of a child in need in Newbury.
This tree is an opportunity for the generous guests who visit our Holiday Designer Showhouse to take a snowflake with each child’s wish on it and make that child’s dream come true.
Wrapped gifts can be dropped off at the Newbury Town Office by December 3rd.
