Tour The Fells Main House and get inspired! Professional interior designers, floral artists, decorators and talented volunteers have sprinkled their magic throughout to create this one-of-a-kind showhouse. Our Holiday Boutique features the finest regional artisans. On the weekends, stop by our Holiday Cafe for a light lunch of soup, salad, bread, and dessert. Purchase raffle tickets to win a hand-decorated holiday tree.

Tickets are $25 per person in advance through November 5 or $30 per person at the door ($10 for children at all times).

Get a sneak peek of our holiday showhouse! Enjoy holiday cheer and sumptuous appetizers. Mingle with the decorators and shop ahead of the crowds at the fabulous Holiday Boutique. You won’t want to miss this magical evening.
This year’s theme is Celtic Christmas! Come dressed in your favorite holiday look with a Celtic touch. Think festive greens, deep reds, tartans, plaids, cozy knits, velvet, or subtle Celtic-inspired accessories. No costume required—just add a little Celtic flair to your holiday style! Mark your calendars for this special event, as space is limited. Advanced registration is required.
Christmas at The Fells: Ladies Night | Wednesday, November 11, 6:00 - 8:00pm
Ladies, this is your night! Join us for an unforgettable pre-holiday season event! There is no better time to view the beautifully decorated historic Main House than in the evening. Enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, door prizes, and the best boutique shopping you can find anywhere. Mark your calendars for this special event, as Snow Queen tickets go on sale September 21, 2026 and regular tickets go on sale October 1, 2026, and space is limited. Advanced registration is required.
Christmas at The Fells: Breakfast with Santa | Saturday, November 14, 8:30am - 10:30am
This family-friendly event will spark your holiday spirit with a buffet breakfast with Santa. In addition to enjoying a delicious selection of pancakes, pastries, fruit, coffee, and hot cocoa, you can tour the beautifully decorated historic home, shop in the Holiday Boutique, and visit with Santa and his elves. Have your Christmas lists ready! Tickets are $10 per person (children under 8 are FREE).
Christmas at The Fells: Pictures with Santa | Saturday, November 7, Sunday, November 8, and Sunday, November 15, 10:00am - 12:00pm; Saturday, November 14, 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Plan your holiday photo with Santa! Visit Santa’s Workshop and see Santa himself! Our Fells Elf photographer will take your picture, and you will receive a minimum of three digital images after the close of Christmas at The Fells. Use those priceless photos for your holiday card, keepsake frames, and so much more. Appointments are limited and are every 15 minutes so that you have private time with Santa and there will be no waiting in line because you have pre-booked and paid for your appointment. What a fun opportunity for you and your kids or your grandchildren. Book your appointment in advance.

Raffle Tickets
Enter for your chance to win the stunning Balsam Hill Christmas tree displayed in the North Hall. This gorgeous holiday tree is pre-lit and fully decorated by our volunteer decorator, Lorraine Bolsinger. Raffle tickets can be purchased online or at the door and cost $5 each or five tickets for $20. The winning raffle ticket will be drawn on the last day of Christmas at The Fells - November 15th. The Holiday Raffle Tree is made possible by a generous donation from Connie McElwee.
