Christmas at The Fells Decorator Showhouse 2023

Christmas at The Fells returns in 2023 and we are thrilled to hold this wonderful celebration. Christmas comes early to the John Hay Estate at The Fells each year with our Decorator Showhouse. Come and tour The Fells Main House this November and get inspired for the holidays! Professional interior designers, floral artists, decorators and talented volunteers use their personal sense of style and interpretation of Christmas cheer to transform the gorgeous historic home to create this one-of-a-kind Christmas Showhouse.

The decorated house is open Weekdays, 1-3 pm and Weekends 10 am -3 pm from Saturday, November 4th through Sunday, November 12th. Tickets are $25 for Adults and $8 for children (under 5 are free.) Tickets may be purchased at the door or online. Purchase your ticket on-line before November 1st and save $5 per adult. Tickets are valid for admission at any time, no reservations are necessary for a tour or for lunch in our Café.

On weekends, tour-goers can enjoy a scrumptious lunch in our Dining Room Café. Also open to our guests is our Holiday Gift Boutique, where we have assembled the finest regional artisans for an unparalleled shopping experience.

Are you in need of a new Christmas tree? Look no further, buy Raffle Tickets for a chance to win our wildly popular, fully decorated Balsam Hill Christmas Tree. Buy tickets online at the link above; five for $20. The raffle will be pulled on Sunday, 11/12 which is the last day of CATF! We even offer free delivery within a 20 mile radius of Newbury.

Plan your picture with Santa. For just $35 your family can come in a special door to “Santa’s Workshop and visit with Santa himself! Our Fells Elf photographer will take your picture and you will receive three digital images after the close of CATF. Use those priceless images for your holiday card, keepsake frames, and so much more. Appointments are limited and are every 15 minutes so that you have private time with Santa and there will be no waiting in line because you have pre-booked and paid for your appointment. Schedule of Events:

The Showhouse kicks off with the Preview Gala on Friday, November 3rd, 5:30-7:30pm. Enjoy holiday cheer, music, and appetizers. Mingle with Showhouse Designers and be the first to shop the boutique. You won't want to miss this magical evening! Reservations are required. $100 per person includes 1 return ticket per person to tour the house during the day. Consider purchasing a Merry Mistletoe Sponsor level Gala ticket for $250 that includes 3 return tickets per person and a listing as a Sponsor for CATF.

Gather Your Girlfriends for Ladies Night, Wednesday, November 8th, 6-8pm. This fun pre-holiday season event is a wonderful way to connect with your friends before the holidays kick into gear. Enjoy elegant pairings and tastings, wine bar and hors d’oeuvres, door prizes, and the best boutique shopping you can find anywhere. NEW this year is the Snow Queen Sponsor ticket for $100 that includes 2 return tickets per person and recognition in our program as a Sponsor for Ladies Night. Standard tickets are $55 per person.
