While we highly recommend our preferred vendors for their proven excellence at the John Hay Estate at The Fells, we understand that couples may wish to bring in their own team. If you choose to hire outside caterers, wedding planners, or bartenders, we kindly ask that they schedule a tour of the property prior to the event and sign a Catering/Bartending Agreement to confirm their understanding of the unique logistics and requirements of working at this historic venue.
