THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL 2021. Learn from the Master at Blue Loon Bakery. Laurie Schive, co-owner and Head Baker of Blue Loon Bakery, New London, will be leading a hands-on cooking class in baking with berries. She will be highlighting berries harvested from The Fells very own gardens and other regional ingredients in her selected recipes. You will be baking blueberry muffins using Alice Hay’s recipe and one other seasonal sweet bread. The class will take place in the pavilion with social distancing and masks are required.
