Laurie Schive, the talented Head Baker and Co-owner of the Blue Loon Bakery, will lead an intimate group in the Pavilion kitchen, creating delectable late summer treats. Your baked goods will highlight fruits and herbs harvested from The Fells own gardens or other regional ingredients. Her recipes will easily be translatable to the home baker, encouraging you to replicate them time and again in your own kitchen. Take home what you cook (if they make it that far!!)
