Nick Baer, who teaches a sugaring course at Colby-Sawyer College and runs a family sugaring operation in Elkins, NH, will give an indoor visual presentation in the Gatehouse classroom on Maple Sugaring, followed by an outdoor tapping demonstration.  By having this program early in the season, we hope that our visitors will be inspired to tap some trees for the sugaring season.
