The John Hay Lyceum at The Fells presents an Authors’ Night. 

Before TikTok or YouTube, the Hay family would have entertained guests in their home with readings from friends such as Samuel Clemens, Henry Adams, or Henry James. The John Hay Lyceum at The Fells is thrilled to recreate an evening where guests can gather and listen to our friends’ literary gifts.

Come hear local writers share their work in the historic setting of John Hay’s library. The evening will include a delightful sampling of poetry, narrative non-fiction, and excerpts from novels of local authors.
