Join Meghan MacLean of Crescent Wellness and Yoga for a practice in mindful movement and stillness. This peaceful and slow flowing class emphasizes the connection between our bodies, our breath, and the earth beneath and around us. We will gather in the rose garden, on the terrace, or in the pavilion depending on weather. People of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to join. Please bring water, a yoga mat, a picnic blanket or similar to place under your mat (for wet grass in garden/cushion on the terrace or pavilion), and a folded blanket (for sitting on or covering up).
